Founder and Executive Chair
Celia founded Dietrich Partners in 2014, following her tenure with global professional services firms including PwC and RGP. With more than 25 years of operating in geographic and service line leadership roles with global consulting firms, she has built and managed significant client relationships, attracted and developed talent across multiple disciplines and ultimately delivered complex engagements for some of the largest companies in the world. Her client work has been in the alignment of corporate strategy, the development and implementation of PMO organizations, the program management of significant initiatives and driving enterprise transformations.
Celia holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver and received her MBA from the University of Colorado. She is a State of Colorado certified public accountant in good standing. Celia maintains a commitment to serving her community through board work and philanthropy. She is on the Board of Trustees with Children’s Hospital Colorado and is an advisory board member of Vectra Bank Colorado, a board member with the Anschutz National Mental Health Innovation Center and an advisory board member of Johnson Financial/JFG Wealth Management Group.

Julie is a collaborative, process-driven leader who leverages her accounting and operational skills to attain the strategic goals and objectives of the company. She accomplishes these goals through successful management of audit strategy and reducing operational, compliance and technology risks. With more than 20 years of experience, Julie has expertise in internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, risk management, corporate governance and business process improvement roles.
Chief Operating Officer & Principal
David is a reliable and adaptable leader who leverages his strengths in compliance, integrations and acquisitions. Responsible for overall practice management, he offers his balanced judgment, stability, integrity and ability to motivate diverse teams through strong interpersonal and communication skills. In his oversight of large client engagements, he brings more than 25 years of combined industry and consulting experience, having effectively led the delivery of large, complex technology programs, process reengineering, digital strategy, organizational change and integration programs.
