Celia Dietrich

Founder and Executive Chair

Founded in 2014, Celia started Dietrich Partners to fill what she perceived was a gap in the professional services industry — clients should accept nothing less than a partner that does what they say they are going to do, works with a sense of urgency, and has the requisite experience and context to deliver.  Eleven years later, Dietrich provides advisory services to help clients maximize the value of transactions, deliver key strategic programs, and optimize overall performance (whether standing up, scaling up, or preparing a company for exit). The client roster encompasses public, private equity, and privately held organizations, ranging in size from middle market to Fortune 100 companies, and serves a range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, utilities, manufacturing, hydroponics, construction, and hospitality.

With deep roots in financial reporting, compliance, governance, and technical accounting, Dietrich expanded into personal financial consulting, drawing on Celia’s experience navigating her high-net-worth divorce. Her background in audit, accounting (CPA), estate, and tax paralegal work enabled her to prepare the detailed financial position, trace and account for complex transactions, and align the overall narrative to the lifestyle.  The detailed information prepared was utilized for legal documents and disclosure submissions used by both parties.

Celia received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Metropolitan State College of Denver, earned her paralegal certificate from the University of Denver, holds an MBA from the University of Colorado, and is an inactive State of Colorado CPA (in good standing). She serves on the Board of Directors for the Saint Joseph’s Hospital Foundation (now part of Intermountain Health), Vectra Bank of Colorado, and WaterCard.

In addition to her professional commitments, Celia is actively engaged in the community through Colorado Concern, Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, the Women of National Western Stock Show, Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Aya Society, Mile High United Way United for Families, and a founder of The Union Club (a 140 plus C-level group of women).
